Last updated: 6 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stopbuggin.me (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the users you invite to your organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you may not:

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Use the Service to send spam or to harass others;
  • Resell or offer the Service to third parties except as intended for your own team and clients.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your users submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share the content you submit.

Plans and billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you downgrade, free-plan limits are re-applied to your organisation.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stopbuggin.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
